Close to metro and shopping centre, cafes and loads of restaurants. Staff was lovely, they even allowed us to check-in early. It's an old building, but the actual room was very cosy and have a private toilet. Small, but it was just for sleep, so we didn't need anything big . I was bit sceptical to book here because of so many bad reviews, glad i didn't pay attention to that. It was a very clean room and toilet. If your looking for something fancy that's not the place for you.

Pretty and quiet top floor 2 bedroom flat in the port area of Nice

Perfect location for exploring Nice. A 15 minute walk to Nice Riquier train station and a tram stop at the top of the road. It is a very pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Apartment is very comfortable and spacious. There is a small balcony and a supermarket 3 doors away. We would not hesitate staying here again and the host is very helpful too. She met us at the apartment on arrival and we could communicate via what's app..

Good hotel at a good location. Friendly staff. The room was quite small, but clean and the bed was good. Parking underneath the hotel (only when you reserved a parking place) was very convenient, but the parking is quite small.

We absolutely loved the staff that worked in this hotel. Super duper friendly with Bombilé being an absolute superstar. It was lovely and a quiet hotel in a nice part of Paris. Would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Studio Beaune is in a great location, situated close to the Seine, Lourve, Musee d' Orsay and lots more.The studio is compact but is well equipped. Marine the owner is very nice and accommading.

Location is amazing,. Night time when we arrived so when we woke in the morning the scenery was fab.

We did find it difficult to enter the premises but maybe that's because we are OAPs, don't think it would be a problem for younger people. Maybe a little effort in providing ,more than 2 sachets of shower gel, more than 1 toilet roll, same regarding tea/coffee, these are not expensive items and mean a lot to a guest.

Nice, clean hotel. We even had an sink and fridge in the room and enjoyed our stay very much.

The only thing was that there were no hangers on the wardrobe in our room and the wardrobe was installed the wrong way, so we couldn't really unpack and hang our clothes.
