The breakfast room and the and cleaners room was next to us , they where quiet setting up but the noise some times woke us up but went back to sleep. so not a big issue,

We had the apartment room on the first floor big with mini kitchen, was good size and good view of the street, was lively but manage to get a good sleep. Metro right on the door step jump on the M 9 straight into the city or walk down the hill to route 1. Plenty of super markets nearby for supplies if required. also the wifi is good. room had fans to keep you cool on the warm nights

You can hear all the traffic and your neighbors. Get some earplugs to get some sleep.

The water stopper for the bathtub was loose, thus slowly but constantly the water was drained. The wall insulation was not quite perfect and you can hear other guests outside the room door as if they are coming to your room.

The room I stayed was really nice with a bathtub. The staffs were really kind. Most of all, the location was very convenient. An entrance to a metro station was in front of the hotel door. The local bus stop from CDG airport was within 10 minutes walk. This hotel met exact requirements I had, but note that it won't apply to other people with other motivation of stays.

Noise of slamming doors in a hall way when other people were arriving in to the same part of the hotel where I was.

The only thing was that there were no hangers on the wardrobe in our room and the wardrobe was installed the wrong way, so we couldn't really unpack and hang our clothes.

location is far from city center however metro line 9 is in front of the hotel's door and to get city center take 25 min by metro. noisy street at night and narrow stairs for getting to fourth floor without elevator

Traffic can be noisy at night if window is open. Lots of stairs for us on the fifth floor.

Amazing location, not touristy but relaxed and vibrant at the same time. Metro at the door. Rooms minimal but everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Was lovely coming home to the hotel and Maraichers area at the end of the day.

The general cleanliness was good, but it could do with a deep clean - for example the little drain in the fridge or behind the radiators. The provided soap is useless, does not foam up, and it did not even was my foundation off my fingers. According to booking.com the tourist tax is 1euro pet person per night. So I was prepared to pay 6 euros for the three nights for the two of us... But the price doubled, and I was hit with a 15 euro charge... It would have been nice to get the platform updated and not get hit with surprises at check in.

The hotel is literally a step away from the subway and there are plenty of shops and amenities around. I only needed a place to sleep and I am not a fussy person. Just a few things to note if you stay here- the stairs are narrow and steep. The hairdryer isn't too strong so if you have a lot of hair or long consider a long time to get it dry. The windows are single glazed and you will hear the ambulance or some noisy drunk people. So if it bothers you bring earplugs. None of these things bothered me. I was extremely happy with my stay, but it's good to keep these things in mind. 😊
