Top floor, quiet, spacious and clean

A stainless steel electric kettle, dislike the plastic ones.

Greeted by the owners on arrival; it is always helpful when shown around a property. A large, comfortable, secure, well maintained and equipped apartment in a pleasant residential location. Convenient to T1 tram stop Republique. Self catering easy as a large Carrefour supermarket in a shopping centre nearby. Also within walking distance of Nice SNCF Riquier station.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. A 15 minute walk to Nice Riquier train station and a tram stop at the top of the road. It is a very pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Apartment is very comfortable and spacious. There is a small balcony and a supermarket 3 doors away. We would not hesitate staying here again and the host is very helpful too. She met us at the apartment on arrival and we could communicate via what's app..

Bathroom was a little tight but everything worked well. Some of the towels might need renewing.

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

Nothing. It was a great experience

Quiet and Spacious flat with lovely decor and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy, shower hot and the balcony was nice for a coffee/ drink (not enough space to eat for us all). Nice to have a lift to the 5th floor. Everything we needed was supplied. We’d recommend this to any families staying in Nice.

Everything! Host was wonderful and met us promptly upon arrival. Apartment had everything we needed and as advertised. It was quiet and the location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and we loved the balconies. Would love to return.

We liked everything

The apartment met all our expectations. Stylishly decorated and perfectly clean. You could find everything you ever needed in the kitchen, as if you were in your own kitchen. There were even drinks waiting in the fridge. The location was also good, a short walk to restaurants and the harbor. Parking spaces were easily found on the street. Muriel as the hostess is absolutely wonderful and friendly and answered messages quickly.

The place is amazing! Very clean, spacious and bright! There is everything you may need. The host is super nice too! The apartment is only 10 min walking from the city center and the neighborhood looks safe! 100% reccomended!

Family of 4 adults for my husbands 50th birthday and we loved this apartment. Beautiful and quiet but moments away from the train to Monaco, restaurants for dinner or breakfast, the promenade, historic streets and buildings plus the port. We loved Nice, it’s a stunning place and this apartment made it so very easy to experience everything we did. Clean and comfortable, loved it!

Amazing location in Nice in a quiet part of town, a block from the tram and easily walkable to Old Town and the beaches. Great grocery stores nearby including a huge shopping mall with Carrefour and Decathlon a few blocks away. It’s a beautiful unit with updated everything (bathrooms, kitchens, AC, washer). Quiet top floor unit with elevator. Very commutative and helpful host. The best place to stay in Nice!

Nothing to dislike

Lovely 2 bed room apartment. Situated half way between port and old town Nice. It had absolutely everything and more you needed for a stay away. The beds and pillows were so so comfy. Muriel was lovely meeting us at the apartment and offering advice. We would stay again and highly recommend.
