The location is phenomenal! Bars straight outside your common area. Brera is a cool place to be in as you can simply walk into Milan Central but have wonderful places to visit just outside your door. Can be a little noisy at night, but this is only one downside of being in the heart of such a lively community.

Nothing really. Could do with a few more kitchen utensils (wooden spoons for cooking etc) and some salt and pepper. There’s a dishwasher in the apartment but no tablets - not that helpful if you are staying for a few nights.

Awesome location on a beautiful pedestrian street in the heart of Brera with cafes, bars and restaurants and shops all close by. Best to get a taxi to Via Mercato, 5 and then it’s about a 50m walk to the apartment. The apartment is clean and functional with a small kitchenette. The owner Fabio was very courteous and helpful. It’s not a luxurious or big apartment, but perfect if you are looking for an apartment close to all the sights (most within 10-15 mins walking distance).

The location is extremely noisy and Ihad difficulties sleeping for two nights due to cleaning vans in the street , people drinking till late night and glass noise for hours. The apartment don’t have double glazed windows.

The location is in the middle of Brera . The place was clean and tidy, if you come for Holidays just to enjoy Milano the place is a good choice.

The air conditioning, which we needed during our stay in heatwave conditions, did not work properly and seemed to make the apartment feel even hotter. The person who met us to let us into the apartment was unfriendly and had no English, making it difficult to find out about the apartment and the area of its location.

The location was fabulous. Close to a metro station and walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The apartment had a good sized bathroom and well equipped kitchenette-perfect for a short stay in Milan.

Shower was hot or cold. Plumbing fittings were loose. Lack of information on how to use the facilities. E.g the washing machine.

Meeting the host and getting the keys was easy. Conveniently located to metro. Size of the apartment was good. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Had an elevator.

It's not cheap but you pay for the location I guess A little more kitchen apparel would be useful if you want to cook inside the flat

Great Location - at the centre of Brera, so at the centre of Milan A neighborhood just outside the tourist centre to encounter the real Milan with nice "off grid" shops 10 minutes walk from the Duome or Via Montenapelon... Service at the appartement was great : Airco, fresh towels and soap, great coffee and fresh water at arrival

Air conditioner noisy and flat could do with a more in-depth clean in places (lights and radiators quite dusty). Chair was badly stained and flooring had holes.

In the night was a bit loudly because downstairs it’s a bar, and way too many mosquitoes. I reccomend to bring a repelent spray.

Close to every point of atraction. (10 min walking) Fabio was a good host and help us with parking.

we paid 2 nights and taxes upfront. during the first night there was water damage from the ceiling and no more electricity in the entire place which made the place not live able obviously. the owner asked us to check out after the first night as they could not repair the issue right away. they kept the money of the 2nd night we have paid but didn’t stay there. no refund was given. absolute scam. legal actions to be taken.
