Marco has been more than helpful, patiently wait pass midnight for our arrival to guide us! Location is 30 seconds to termini station! They’ve prepare thoughtful snacks too. All and all a great convenient!

It was a great time in Rome! The room was very nice and clean! The location of room is next to the Rome termini with easy access to busses and near to the Basilica of Santa Maria Mazzore! There are many restaurants and stores! The check in was very easy! Thank you for the great hospitality!

no noise insulation between rooms. Think about a house with 3 rooms and owner turned each room as a single hotel room with private bathroom.. after you enter the house you encounter with open kitchen+/saloon which they use there as lobby.. during our stay; a person at 6 am in the morning wanted to use microwave & kitchen sink etc.. in the kitchen and woke us up.. eachroom has its own fan in bathrooms and it starts to work when you hit the light button for bathroom. when your neighbour wants to shower you have to listen the fan noise.. and you should start to pray he/she keeps it short..

Liked most things about the room, would recommend! But could do with somewhere to hang the towels up to dry.

Very comfortable bed, quiet and secure building. The room was nicely decorated and newly done out. Good instructions were given for self check in, the host was attentive and made sure there were no issues.

The location is the best part, its right outside the main train station Termini with a 3 4 minute walk. The room was almost brand new with everything neat and clean. The room is modernly furnished. The common area was also very clean. The room was cleaned the next day which was a nice surprise as we were not expecting as its not a hotel. Many restaurants are available right outside the street. We will definitely stay there and nowhere else in Rome if we come again.

Great accommodation right next to the main train station. Quiet location at night without noise. Luggage storage services are a short distance away. Willing owner, perfect communication. I definitely recommend it and if we come back, we will be happy to use it again.

The rooms were not really sound-proof so if you are a light sleeper like me, you can easily get woken up. Location was ideal based on transport (next to the train station) however a bit far from the city center.

The place was great and very easy to access! The instructions were super clear and allowed an easy self checkin. The room was really nice and comfortable. Everything looked very new and clean and according to the pictures. There was even a welcome drink and snack. The staff was really flexible and accommodating. We would definitely recommend. Great place for a very reasonable price.

Veoma ljubazno osoblje. Mini bar u sobi, voda, vino, kafa, caj, ne naplacuje se naknadno. Ciscenje sobe i zamena peskira na treci dan. Lokacija, 5 min od glavne zeleznicke i metro stanice, super povezanost sa aerodromom.

The owner is extremely responsive, location of the place is excellent just next to the Rome termini train station. Room is extremely clean and looks brand new with lots of facilities provided.
