Situated within 400 metres of Centrale Metro Station and 1.5 km of Bosco Verticale in Milan, numa I Loreto Apartments features accommodation with seating area. It is set 1.5 km from GAM Milano and offers a lift. The aparthotel has family rooms. We loved this spacious, clean apartment. We felt safe and it was a short walk to the main train station.

I usually prefer apartments to the hotel rooms. this is a bunch of freshly renovated flats in central Milan with very helpful staff that answer your questions and helps in everything. Of course, less economic options are more comfy (I’ve seen two flats), but this is really a nice and authentic way to stay in Milan

Super clean and comfortable hotel with a very good price. The breakfast was served with fresh bread delivered in the morning beside our door. Cozy and very close to the Città Alta (walking distance around 15 min). I truly recommend it.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The place has recently been renovated: new furniture, new very comfortable beds, new private bathroom, new floor tiles. Very quiet place, I slept soooo well there! And the breakfast is excellent! There also is a shared kitchen with all items one needs. There one can cook one's own food. The lady who runs the place will help you with everything she can do. E.g.: I am travelling on a bicycle with a bicycle trailor. I was able to safely store my brand new bicycle and my trailor in a locked storage room.

A microwave and refrigerator are also offered, as well as a kettle. There is a private bathroom with slippers in every unit. Towels are provided. Our stay at this place exceeded our expectations. The first bonus - the contact can be made with the staff, by WhatsApp, who speaks many different languages - it was very comfortable. It was also a surprise for me that there was a reception ( big bonus for apart-hotel). Tatiana and her colleagues were very welcoming and ready to help for everything. The room was extremely clean, everything that we may have needed (toothbrush, shaver, needle....) was there, a lot of towels. In the kitchen there was also everything, some welcoming snack and drinks in the room was a huge bonus. Even more, while we were in Milan, it was extremely hot and the A/C conditioner was in every of two rooms and working very well (and turned on before our arrival). The parking, in comparison to other places in Milan is quite good price, 20€, and even if we stayed a little more than 24h , we were charged for only one day. There is a shop, Pam, just next door, so if you want to buy something, you are very close. There is also Coin, big shopping center, just the other side of the road and some restaurants nearby. Overall I recommend coming to this place and I will be staying there next times coming to Milan.
