We arrived very late and the cot for our baby was not in our room on arrival.

We have been many times and with our disabled son it makes things easier knowing where we are going and what facilities are there. The staff are amazing. We also had our 5 month old baby with us and having a kettle in the room would be very helpful to make bottles.

The hotel is on the beach (with great diving center in front on the beach-Capitan Silver diving center). The food, pools, outdoor area are great. And if you have children, in water park you can spend a great time there with so much fun.

The room we got was worse than I expected (as compared to the pictures on booking): - the beds were uncomfortable with old squeaky mattresses where one of the twin beds was lower than the other, - it was a little bit cold, dark, and damp staying on the ground floor in October. The worst thing is that I got food poisoning after Mexican dinner, which took me more than a week and a doctor's visit to recover.

Huge territory with a lot of green plants and birds singing. A lot of stuff to do for the kids, they were busy all day long. A spacious beach with free sunbeds. Visitors are mostly Europeans (important for me as a Ukrainian).

We didn't like that we paid for all inclusive but there were several things that had to be paid for.

We loved the waterpark, the food was great, had a good selection and the evening entertainment was good too.

We got a two-room suite instead of a standard one, but apparently no one had lived there for a long time and there was a damp smell in the room. We didn't change it because we were almost never there.

The hotel is comfortable, and very large. The hotel is very clean, the pool and area are too. Food - bravo! Every day there are new dishes, the choice is limitless, meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, salads, and desserts. The water park is also great. Evening shows are great! We didn't want to leave.

The receptionist was not nice in his dealings, and the room was not ready.

This is our second time at this hotel. The hotel is large, its gardens are beautiful, and the food it offers is very good. It is a good place for the family.

* Small things I didn't expect I would have to add money for like Wi-Fi in the room, using the safe, and things like having Shampoo and body lotion in the room. * Many mosquitos went into the room after every time they cleaned the room, because they let the room ventilate (which is a good thing except of the mosquitoes). * There where many ants in the room, which was yucky. * The food isn't tasty in general * Horrible light planning in the dining room, which has a negative impact on the vibe (feels tiring to be there, looks super old and just not fun when going there at night) * Small things in the room like the marble where the sink is, or how the towels hangers were set on the wall - nothing is straight or aligned properly, it all looks like the work of someone who did it for the first time.

* Great service - anyone we met from the staff was very nice and helpful, * Multiple swimming pools with great variety plus the beach * Safety is prioritized and being taken care of - gives the parents confidence about their kids using the different facilities. * Great thought of kids experience through accessible dining area, bathroom, pools, etc... * Very good value for money * Would have been happy to stay for at least one more night.

it was disappointing to have to pay for Wi-Fi in this day and age. Additionally, charging for the in-room safe felt unnecessary. If these issues are addressed, it would be a perfect hotel.

The single point I didn't like: charges for Wi-Fi. I think it's outdated nowadays. You have unlimited food and drinks but have to pay extra for the internet access...

The hotel is really nice. The territory is green and looks like a park. The buildings are not very high, so it was felt like in a country club. I really liked the atmosphere. There is a lot of place on the beach - just two rows of loungers and it is always possible to find free ones. The good tennis tables are also mention worth!
