Noise from outside and the corridor was very bad, we struggled with sleep throughout the stay , needs a lot of soundproofing Bed mattress was poor quality and very hard

Facilities are a bit worn out. I saw a plaque in the shower and a rust/plaque caulk around shower glass. Also coffee machine was dirty inside with the stains of plaque, but it was changed. Our disappointment was a transfer that a porter offered to us. A transfer by “taxi company we are working with” and he promised that taxi will be here in a 5-10 minutes. We waited for that taxi for like 25-30 minutes. We agreed to a fix price and payment by card, but in the end of the ride taxi driver tried to charge us extra 10% because it was not cash!

The view from our room was the main gem. Location is near main attractions, close to everything.

The housekeeping service are really loud in the morning! There is no alcohol offered in the restaurant menu.

The room was spacious. The front office were really polite and friendly, and especially Taner and Recep were very helpful to me.

The room was on the first floor, with no soundproof windows, and you could hear the traffic outside. The prices were a bit high, and they even charged the coffee at the breakfast buffet.

The location was great in the middle of everywhere. Very nice restaurant with fantastic view. The receptionists very helpful. And the room was very clean and warm.

Restaurant food wasn't all that and pricey. The breakfast was ok. our booking included breakfast but when I asked for hot chocolate since I don’t drink coffee or tea they asked us to pay for it. The rooms have no view at all and it was very dark. They could do with adding more ceiling lights. The wi fi was annoying coz everytime you turn your phone on one has to input the password again!

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Location was very good. Breakfast/restaurant place has spectacular view of the Bosphorus. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well equipped, spacious and lovely shower. JUST DARK.

The hotel has no facilities at all, no spa no pool or gym. The lobby and the desk are small.
