I booked a connecting suite (3 beds, we are a family of 5) but for some reason was downgraded to a regular room (2 beds). They did adjust the price which is fair and we made it work because it was only 1 night but it was a bit of a dissapointment.

New and clean hotel. Kabab resto next door and grocery shop facing the hotel is convenient. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Its a very good hotel choice if you need a place to sleep for a transit or a short stay around IST airport. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Well, I asked for a breakfast box and was promised it, but instead was told to take something with me on my early morning taxi ride to the airport when it was time to leave. Not a big problem but I always prefer the option which was agreed on. I noticed that the hotels which serve travellers using Istanbul airport have two categories a) a cheap room but an expensive taxi service or b) a more expensive room but no taxi service. Istport Garden hotels is in the category A. I understand that the transfer is their business but still I think that the prize could be a little closer to the actual local taxi rates.

I stayed at the hotel for one night in between flights and it was very suitable for this. There are several shops near the hotel where you can find snacks at an affordable price. The room was comfortable and quiet enough. And I am VERY sensitive to sound. I loved watching the descending aircrafts which you can observe through your window at this hotel.

We were so happy with our stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable! It was perfect for an over night stay near the airport when you have a flight the next day!

It was just perfect. First of all, I came at 10:30 in the morning, way earlier than the check-in starts and even earlier than the expected time I gave to the hotel via the booking.com app. Nevertheless, they gave me the room in 15 minutes and in the meantime was offered a free brunch (and it was a great brunch - I can't even call it breakfast!). Just perfect after the red eyed flight. And everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially the person at the front desk (unfortunately I don't remember his name) and later during the dinner our waiter Ibrahim Tasagir.

Pet Friendly, good breakfast, lovely rooms and service. But when we asked for a taxi to the airport, we got a big bus for two people with a price x3 of the price of a normal taxi.

Nothing everyone and everything was top notch!

I was very impressed as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly and so helpful. I got up around 2:00am feeling very sick. I called the front desk and said I needed help getting to a Doctor. They were so fast, got me to urgent care. A staff member name “ IBRIHIM” took me and stayed with me the whole time. He went up and beyond to take care of me. He used his phone so I could understand everything. I was by myself traveling and only needed to stay overnight. He even took me to the airport. This is the first time I was in Turkey. God bless IBRIHIM, the world would be a better place if we had more like him in the world. Thank so much. Nancy Evans
