Amazing place. Amazing location and facilities. The location is literally perfect. When you are booking for a huge city like Istanbul, you always worry if the location is good enough. This Hotel's location literally could not be better. It is the one you are looking for. Staff was exceptional. They go above and beyond. Absolutely perfect.

Because of my late booking, the hotel was quite full and i couldnt book a room for 8 straight days. Bekir made sure I could switch at 12am immediately to my new room without having to wait 2 hours in the lobby.

The service was exceptional. The hotel was clean and the vibe was great. Bekir was an amazing host and welcomed my group of 10 friends. The check-in process was fast and without any hassle. Bekir and his colleague Nurettin were available for any questions we had and checked in every day to see whether everything was to our liking. The fact that Nurettin speaks arabic as well, made it easier for us to communicate.

I had to login into the wife account every few hours to get access.

Amazing location! Can walk to Sofia Mosque and old city within minutes. The breakfast was also great too. All the staff including Engin and Ibad went the extra mile to make our stay amazing.

The hotel is in a very good location, the staff are helpful and very friendly, they helped with everything, including the airport transfer and local reservations. The breakfast is wonderful, very tasty and plentiful. Local attractions are within walking distance. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. can only recommend it to everyone. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Istanbul.

The hotel is a treasure, with cozy rooms, a diverse food selection, and fantastic service. Murat, Bekir, Irfan and Engin were especially friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a getaway!

The beds were small, me and my husband are not that tall but our feet were hanging off which is not great after a long day of walking. The room was cleaned daily however the bathroom was not always cleaned fully. There was a hair stuck on the shower head since the day we got there, the bathroom counter wasnt wiped down everyday either. Wasnt uncomfortable to stay in but would be nice to know things were cleaned properly. The shower could do with updating as the water was not coming out properly. Just some TLC in certain areas

The room was spacious and the location was great not far from the metro, ferry port and an abundance of food places near by. Good walking distance from places. The hotel staff were super helpful and always greeted us. Would stay again as location was great. Definitely a good price for the room.

We stayed for a night. The rooms were clean but small. Though there was a lot of noise from the street, one can understand this in a city like Istanbul, which is 24/7 awake. Very good position, with 15 min walk to main attractions( Mosques, Grand Bazaar, Seaside)

Perhaps the breakfast choices were limited but overall it was enjoyable it had all the basics.

Location- this hotel is the perfect place to stay. It is very centre from all the amenities for example grand bazaar was 10 mins max, mosques were 12 mins aswell and the sea was 8 mins. I loved that how centre it was to everything. Staffs- the receptionists were excellent, he was very approachable as we arrived at the hotel bit early. He sorted us out with early check in with free of charge. On our check out day due to our airline asking for physical paper formats of our boarding pass, we asked if they have the facilities to print it out for us and it was very seamless receptionist was very nice and did it for us so thank you very much for that.
