We got our two rooms with a connecting door👍. But that was in the new wing at the back facing the mountain. Nice. However, it was dark, no lights for the walkway, except for the lights from our room. My son had a bad fall on the first night on the stairs near the swimming pool. He sprained his right ankle. After treatment, the pain and swell went off after a week. Secondly, there was no.. no rack or hanger to hang our clothes or the wet towels, either in the bathroom or in the room. I made my request to the reception. Was told they’ll look into it. But nothing came till we checked out. The hand bidet was with a strong water pressure. It hurts my bottom 😞😞. Couldn’t find the point to control the water pressure.

We did not book the breakfast.

They need to improve on the safety aspects such as install a separate key lock from inside the room (currently there's only a push button lock on the door knob) and get the details of the customer such as the car plate number etc. (the receptionist did not even ask our name during check in, she just asked for our contact number).

The location is good (near the town area and eateries).

The tap of the handwash basin is functioning but not fixed at it's position. Unfortunately located nearby the mosque, it is not a quiet place to stay

Too pricey for the room. The room was just average.

Located in the middle of Baling town. Many stores nearby. Theres a famous breakfast spot near the hotel. Love the ambience and views of the hotel.

1. Drive way in/out of the hotel (only one road). If stupid driver park at the entrace driveway, definitely block other drivers because there is no other way in/out.

The rooms condition look old and not properly maintained differed from pictures advertise in the web...Not suitable for couple that intend to spend the anniversary in here... The toilet is small . I would rate the room condition 6 out of 10.

Location is good ...located at the Baling town centre...easy to locate delicious and cheap food stall / restaurant near to this Garden Village. Check in is easy...The parking lot is so spacious and customer could convenianly park the vehicle just beside the door step of the room.

The shower water pressure is a bit slow. I was somewhat disturbed by a couple doing a photoshoot right in front of the room door, possibly due to wedding season.The chalet management should inform them not to disturb guests still staying or wait until the guests check out.

Overall, it's good. The location is strategic, close to eateries, a mosque, and the town. Got ceiling fan.

The room interior design is great. The location is nice, near to mosque and easy to access to restaurant and mini market.

Facilities..for example the pool was so dirty..and the shower no water in the morning..we have to wait..because the water is so little…and suddenly stop…

The water pressure went up n down, sometimes it's too little sometimes ok. Too few plugs, we had to share plug with fridge to iron and heat water. In the long run the fridge will be broken if that continues. The fridge wasn't cold enough for my insulin. Fan didn't work but they replaced with standing fan. All the remote control batteries need to be replaced.

The location is right in the middle of Pekan Baling. Many eateries nearby Nice interior deco Easy check in and check out Ample parking but when full house a bit tricky to park Wifi was ok TV has limited channels but ok
