Service like changing Bedsheets and towels and providing toiletries is not great Cleaning the room is ok. Changing wet clothes and towels is not happened in 3 days. Many bars are near by little bit sound around even in mid night

I liked the location of the Hotel it is very much in center of the Fira and everything is walkable distance. Supermarkets and Restaurants are very near by. Pleasant view from room and outside.

Cleaning is sub par. Bathroom is tiny. No staff for help. I would suggest to look for alternative.

The room was a little small.

Very central, great restaurant in the building, fantastic staff, especially Constantina the receptionist. I left a bag in the taxi and within minutes, she tracked it down and had it delivered back to me.

Very nice staff. I was worried about noise, but even though we could hear music at night from somewhere in the neighbourhood, the sound didn't travel through the structure of the building, at least for the room we had and so wasn't really bothersome.

No elevator for top floor rooms have to lift luggages with our own hands and also not accessible with car the hotel is very far where to drop us by the hotel door and the amenities of the hotel description is not complete didn’t get any slippers as it says included in the amenities even we ask for it we were ignored we check out without getting it

It is close to everything and all walking distance but can’t lift a heavy stuff while walking

Limited reception.More like a motel with room keys left in rooms outside around an overpriced restaurant. Room (bathroom) had an awful smell. No advance warning of needing to walk 3 steep flights of pebbled stairs in the middle of hoards of tourists in shopping strip with heavy suitcase! I didn’t expect this experience for the money paid.There are easier hotels to stay at where taxi can drop you off at the front.

The room was good but when we came inside there was a terrible smell and there’s wasn’t enough water to make a shower

The room smelled a little weird, the sheets and the towels were clean but stained with weird colors, the bedding didn’t quite fit so we woke up everyday on the mattress and there were not enough selves for 4 people in the room.

At night you could hear the music from the bars, nevertheless the windows were mostly soundproof (which is what you get from being in the heart of the town). First couple of nights the next door guests were very loud but the reception was kind enough to let us switch room.

The location is very central. the staff were really kind and welcoming. the price is really competitive compared to other accommodations in Santorini. nice rooftop
