The location was fantastic, very central. Clean and all amenities provided in the house. Good communication from the hosts Highly recommended.

On the negative side, the chairs in the kitchen are poorly assembled, we had to fix the bolts ourselves so that we could sit on them. And they also did not figure out how the overhead shower works. Used small. And the water temperature was difficult to adjust, it was either hot or cold. In general, everything is fine.

We liked that the whole house was at our disposal and that there was a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Also nearby are the necessary supermarkets and a bus stop, a park.

The toilet seat was broken. And the garden was not accessible as it didn’t open when unlocked.

The rooms were clean and there were nice toiletries and enough tea and coffee. There was parking outside the garage which was very convenient.

The location was perfect as it was close to everything. The facilities were fantastic as clean, comfortable and ideal for the occasion. We loved the fact we had our own space. They had thought of everything you would use and even did some amazing touches to make it feel homely.

The issues didn't stop there: Heating malfunctioned, leaving us shivering despite assurances of a functional system. Kitchen was filthy and unusable, with broken cabinets adding to the disarray. Unfinished painting and decor created an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Missing ironing board was just another inconvenience on top of the existing problems. This property falls far short of even basic expectations. It was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation I've ever encountered. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable stay, I urge you to look elsewhere. This property is not suitable for families, contractors, or anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Advertised as a family friendly property. Far from it. Hot water did not work. Broken mirror in the bathroom. The garden was massively overgrown, completely unsafe for children to go out to. Bathroom wasn't clean. Wet items left in the washing machine. Broken items in the garden. Overall pretty terrible.

The property was conveniently located to where we needed to be. Also had a drive allowing off street parking.

Sofa Bed turned out to be a blowup bed. Sofa legs and dining table leg was broken also mirror in bathroom. Socket hanging off wall. Toilet seat didn't fit correctly too small. Front garden grass was 2 foot high. Washing hanging on washing line on arrival. Carpet was like underlay.

one room in the house had insects, they bit us all night, we couldn't sleep and got sick a few days later. I contacted them and sent all the pictures about them. It's so scrary

Found blood on duvet cover and hairs in bed sheet and stain on sheet, the garden is a tip at the front, the mirror in bathroom is broken, the cooker hood is cracked, my sister had to sleep on the sofa as she wouldnt sleep in the bed - for the money we paid it was very disappointing as the picture looked lovely. we had to tune the tv in as it wasnt connected and programmed in. Lack of towels for 4 of us also we had to complete a guest verification email and i put my own personal email on but they still kept sending emails to my work email

There was lots of snags in the property that was photographed and sent to the owner as soon as we checked in due to us paying the £300 security deposit, they responded immediately to say they were aware of the problems

Photos make it look better than it is in reality. It said there was a Hive thermostat but there wasn’t, it was a traditional one that was ancient and the heating didn’t work downstairs at all. There was liquid on the floor under the sofa, torn vinyl flooring in the lounge, kitchen was very tired, knives were blunt, mirror in the bathroom was broken, towel rail falling off the wall, and the strange launderette operation taking place in the garage made it feel less welcoming.

Comfortable enough and did the job for an overnight stay whilst visiting a nearby venue.

Poor communication from the host. Said they were moving us to another property then changed their minds but didn’t communicate with us. When we tried to message them to discuss the issues they replied once then ignored all of my subsequent messages & didn’t try to contact us as requested. We booked for 6 people yet only 4 towels were left meaning 2 of us were unable to shower in the morning. The bedding for the sofa bed was used & not clean - thankfully we had a sleeping back in the car. The house was very hot and windows upstairs did not open. The garden was a tip with rubbish bags left lying around & litter everywhere. House had a musty smell of cigarettes and the floor was filthy. Would not recommend. Couldn’t check in till after 3pm and had to leave by 10am the next morning! I was embarrassed to ask my friends to pay for such a shoddy stay. I’ve stayed in better student accommodation!

First we arrived the outside rubbish bean is full of black bags and mc donalds waist. Later that day rubbis all over the grass front garden area, couse the wind blowed rubbish around from the overloaded rubbish bean. Property need a PROPER cleaning!! Kitchen and also livingroom area have a strong smell of curry or whatever been cooked a last weeks without open the windows. As "non smoker" property burned marks on vinyl floor, stain on pillow cases. Floor not cleaned properly greasy and dirty. Single bed bedding have double bedding cover, terrible. We are buy scentensed candles and cleaning liquids to clean the kitchen, livingroom area try to get read of that horrible smell. Also kitchen towels stinks!! Never washed! Bedroom light not working since a long time ago. See reviews since last october. Poor quality of carpet rest of the house without underlay! Basicly u walking on the floorboards coverd with cheep old "carpet". Garden over growt with weed, usless. Quiet neighbours.

Size of the property is alright. For two adults and three childe.
