The property was a little bit run down in parts and although on a whole clean there was a few bits like hairs in the bathroom that let it down. Although for the price I really can’t complain.

The property was great value for money in a really good area of Liverpool.

A very strong smell of bins/sewers in the stairs and lift area.

The stairway and lift was dirty and smelt of raw sewerage. Did not know check out was 10am and got charged extra at reception. We would have checked out on time had we known.

The only issue with our apartment was that the shower screen didn’t close over the bath so the water went all over the floor making it very slippy. We had to use a towel to soak up the water along with the bath mat

The stairwell and lifts had an obnoxious smell of f bins and rubbish, it really was awful and from recent reviews appears to have been like that a while. Reception blamed the building management and said they had no control over getting it sorted. No shampoo or conditioner supplied

Apartment as described and very clean, well equipped and conveniently located. Plenty of tea/coffee supplied and staff on checking in were friendly and helpful. Secure car park (at a cost) and building felt very safe

The site shared a bin room with local residents and this caused a smell. We reported it to the reception and we were moved rooms.

Location is spot on and such good value for money. Apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, everything you need for a stay, tea and coffee provided, all kitchen utensils etc so you need to bring nothing with you apart from food ! Hotel receptionists are lovely and really helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Summer time is kinda hard coz no AC. Not alot of shower gels and toilet paper in the toilets.

The lift was broken on arrival, not an issue, but the stairwell had a very bad ‘bin’ smell. Once the lift was back in operation, it was fine. Unfortunately, the second bedroom in our apartment was extremely dark, as it was facing a brick wall in the dark walkway to the apartment. Motion lighting outside the apartment did not always work, but would come on several times in the night illuminating the room. Also unable to open the window as easily broken in to. Shower left a large pool of water on the floor, as per previous reviews.

On this occasion the lift did not work which was a bit of a nuisance since we were on the 5th floor. I appreciate that there was nothing much the hosts could have done about this.

The location was excellent. It was not noisy (despite there being a stag group in the next apartment!) Reception staff were clear in their instructions and very polite and helpful.

The apartments are clean and decent but very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful, 3 rented 3 apartments and they were kind enough to store our luggages after we checked out to roam around the city, but we must collect before 6pm as the office is closing, overall a comfortable stay for us! Thank you.

We found a bit challenging regulating the temperature, some rooms would heat up and others wouldn't, but it was hard to understand how to sort it

Very central and spacious apartment with a lift. Comfortable bed. Well furnished and cleaned. I would definitely recommend it.
