The receptionist was very rude to my husband, he needed both of our passports and I understand that, but raising his voice on an adult man and leaning over the reception desk in a very aggressive way was over the top. We fixed all he needed, checked in, but can imagine the mood of two parents on date night after being disrespected like that..

Food choices not as varied as they used to be but still decent quality. The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful

Toilet on arrival unclean Staff indifferent Smoking of guests at entrance sat on the wall. Vile and shouldn't have to walk through it. Pool shut at 5pm. Pathetic Lifts are impossible to get as so few.

As a senior citizen I found the beds a bit hard in our twin room, but probably because of my old bones, lol, though my husband didnt mind!, they were very wide plenty of room.

Excellent choices, tasteful, plentiful. Efficient and courteous staff everywhere, thank you. The rooftop was lovely for a quiet sunbathe mornings.

Rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast, there was plenty of it, however, it felt as if it is lacking on quality. No water in the room, iron and the board had to be borrowed from reception for additional 20 EUR

Staff couldn't be helpful enough, always there and always happy to help. Location was fantastic plus 2 swimming pools. Roo. Was spacious with huge balcony and view was breathtaking

No complaints for the price point.

Great location near train station. Rooms relatively basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent service from all the staff. All inclusive very good value and again basic but descent food and great drink options. Was very impressed that food was held in the buffet at 12 midnight as they knew we'd arrive late. Fantastic roof area too.

The rooftop bar closes very soon.

I like it a lot., My room was clean and had a very nice view to the sea. The location was perfect, very close to the airport and also to the beach. The staff was very nice.

Noise carries up to upper floors et guests ofyen forget other guests relaxing on balcony

I have stayed at this hotel before the hotel is very good overall the only complaint i have is the lifts this time when we stayed the hotel was very busy so alot of time was wasted waiting for lifts also the lifts are only rated for 630 kgs which is about three adults

the hotel is situated in the middle of the town of Torremolinos we had rooms on the third floor which was quite good breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from

Rooms are dated. There is no evidence of 4 star rating in room facilities. Sealant in bathroom needs replacing. Safe didn't work. No extra toiletry items. We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast good. Dinner was very bad. No real choice. No real Spanish food. Just warm at best. Bread was stale. Definitely more like 2 star. Didn't bother trying it again on our second night. We don't normally have hotel dinner and only booked on this occasion as was the only option on a last minute booking. Far better food on offer locally for all budgets. We have been to Torremolinos 17 times so would not put us off going back. This hotel is a perfect location if the price is right.
