The attached bathroom is rather small for showers, it had many flies that came each evening. The WiFi connection in the rooms are bad; time to change the TPLINK router despite resets. Would have loved to get into the open roof garden but there is a bad smell.

Ground floor rooms are decent size and close to attractions by leisure walking. The large heater provided plenty of hot water throughout the stay. The TV with Netflix provided us some good movies when we are back in the home. Generous qty of cookware for the kitchen. There are two supermarkets very close within 5mins for groceries. There is no electricity tripping.

Not so much didn’t like but it’s odd never meeting a human at check in. That said the owners were very good with communicating via the booking.com app and replied very promptly to any questions.

Great location, near to walk everywhere but far enough away you felt like you were entering a calmer part of town so you could relax east after a busy day. A really nice apartment, well equipped, comfortable and the owners luggage lockers are a great help if you arrive early or are leaving late.

Our flat, located on the ground floor, was perfect for our group of 5. It uses all the available space in a clever way and has all the essentials without being cramped. It also has a few decorations here and there which make the flat very pretty. It is well equipped with all essentials readily available and in perfect condition. The location is absolutely perfect! Located exactly Infront of Casa de Pilatos with a small plaza Infront of apartment entrance, it is only a short walking distance to all the main sites in Seville and yet away from all the noise. We happened to be there when there was a football final between two Spanish teams...lots of partying and crowds but no noise whatsoever near the apartment. Absolutely perfect! I will definitely book again this apartment if I ever go again to Seville which I hope too as Seville is beautiful.

The kitchen is well equiped yet one wineglass is a bit poor. The espresso machine offers the possibility of making a double espresso yet none of the coffee mugs allow this. After flushing the toilet sometimes the water keeps running which is a waste of water. The isolation in the building is poor. You hear the nouse of the other apartments.

I had the apartment with the lovely roof terrace. Even in February I could enjoy this terrace a lot. There is laundry machine, dish washing machine, small microwave, small espresso machine. Good bed, comfortable bathroom. Above all: superb location, really quiet although on a touristic place. All this is more important than the " negative " remarks below.

The people downstairs were smoking in the court yard that they have access to and our washing hanging on the line in the court yard was permeated with smoke.

The location here is excellent! The view is lovely and it is quiet being set back from the street at the back of the plaza. It is walking distance to most things that you can see in a few days. The kitchen was well set out so you can cook at the apartment if you want to. Perfect for 4 people. I liked the code access so there's no confusion with keys etc. The Casa de Pilatos across the road is a must to see.

There was a small of drains from the courtyard in the centre of the flat when it was hot. The photos on the website implied that the apartment was upstairs and had a roof terrace… ours was on the ground floor with a tiny courtyard with no view

Balcony is separated from apartment. You have to go out of the apartment, take another key in order to go to balcony. It is private terrace meaning that no other guests can use it, but one day we came across some men watering plants. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were put all day but could be inconvenient.

Location is perfect, in the center of the old town but very quiet. Apartment is well equipped. It has everything you could need.

Very nice place to stay for 3-4 days in Sevilla. Perfect for 2 couples. It's closed to the main tourist attractions (8-10min walk). Rooms are well decorated and cosy.

SO UNCOMFORTABLE. This flat would have been so perfect, but it was so uncomfortable, bed was rock solid, and squeezed/moved at the slightest movement. Sofa was also very uncomfortable, and the worst was the patio furniture ☹️ the deck chairs do not fully recline and ruined our backs, and equally with the chairs, no cushions etc - meant we couldn’t relax at all as everything was so uncomfortable causing back/shoulder ache/headaches etc! Also - minor point - but the balcony door squeaks/squeals like crazy and that was so irritating especially going out in the morning or late evening, worried about waking everyone up!

Location is fantastic for seeing all the main sights. Flat has everything you would need, well stocked. Balcony has lovely views over plaza. Quite area. Wardrobe has lots of hangers which is rare! Good size property. Smart TV was a bonus. And extras like washing machine/dishwasher which we didn’t use but nice to have. Lockers were also very handy to store luggage before check in.

I have no negative comments about the property.

The apartment perfectly suited our purposes. It is very well located near bars and shops and within easy walking distance of the city centre and the principal tourist attractions. However it is in a very quiet square and there is no traffic noise due to the excellent double glazing. The apartment is also very well appointed and the air conditioning is great!

The only thing that could use improvement was the internet--it was spotty sometimes (we were in the ground floor apartment). Not really a problem for casual use, but my husband had to work.

Quiet, convenient location. The apartment was the most complete and well-equipped of anywhere we have stayed--lots of thoughtful details. Great kitchen. Spacious and charming as well--my daughter loved the patio!

The apartment is located in a quiet square so there is no noise at night. There are plenty of great tapas bars nearby as well as a small supermarket. Just 10-15 minute walk to most of the attractions in Seville. Would definitely stay again.
