Positive section of review
- The hotel seems very new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower and bathroom. - Soundproofed room. Hardly any disturbing noises while sleeping. - The staff was great and helpful. there are some English speaking staff as well. - Very centrally located in Ueno. Very close to Ueno station. Many restaurants nearby. - The bistro downstairs is lovely as well. Good food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Ueno.

Positive section of review
5-min walk from JR Aomori station. Cafes, convenient stores, supermarkets were nearby. Room was clean, a quiet room was assigned as per request. Water filter station at floor lift area was a great facility which helps to reduce the number of plastic bottles used.

The room was spacious, and the bed confortable. There is a massaging chair in the room which is a very nice addition. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. The train station is a 10min walk so location was good.

Location was right next to Namba station, Namba shopping and restaurants and Dontonburi. Won't find better location. Hotel is modern. Very clean and spacious.

One side of the bed was against the wall. Very restrictive when the bed was not that big. Would have been great if there was a bit of room on both sides of the bed. Pillows had no support and uncomfortable.
