Great location. Really excellent staff. Standard of service very high. Room cleanliness and service above expectations - every day housekeeping left the room like I had just checked in again. You could see the difference between 4 star (which the building is) and the 5 star service which they provide which raises the level to where it is. The Movenpick Ice Cream cafe and complimentary chocolate stall each afternoon are a nice touch. The ice cream is really good and I noticed they have a cafe in the Dubai Mall too - good marketing!

The standard of food at breakfast and dinner was good. The selections were satisfactory, though in comparison to other 5 stars in the area would not be anything to write home about. On balance, breakfast was better than dinner. Although it has a swimming pool (on a bridge over the road) and gym, the hotel is more of a city centre-style hotel and so suits solo and business travellers better than families who might prefer a larger resort hotel experience in JBR / Dubai.

room was spacious for 2 persons. The location was great because its near all the shops we would want to go and walk to. The room has a kitchen, small fridge and freezer and a sink. There were 2 toilet rooms and 2 beds and a small living room. We like the idea that the hotel offers a kitchen with amenities and a washing and dryer machine. Breakfast is also included even though we have a kitchen in the room.

The bathtub has a glass door or sort of a protector against water spill. The intention is well and good, but its very risky and not safe for everybody. If somebody slips in the tub, one can get hurt from that glass. There is no handle also right near the glass protector to prevent one from slipping, so again, its not quite safe for elderly and young people.fa

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas had a great vibe for meeting fellow travelers. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, welcoming place to stay.

breakfast in the club room very poor, and selection was limited to other clubs room we have stayed in, the beach was closed and we were not told on booking and drinks took 35 mins to come every time.

the bed was the worst bed I have every been in very hard, we have stayed in may hotels across the middle east and your beds are not good. any your prices are very high in relation to other high end hotels we have stayed at, to have to pay an additional 50 AED to go the the Chinese restaurant and be offered the half board menu only without any additional charges only happens at your hotel. I love the beach and only select hotels with beaches and for not be aware that in was closed was not good customer service. and have the only option of using a small pool because main pool was full is not a standard I would expect from your brand.

wifi and TV was very slowly, TV remote was very bad not work and i think there is technical issue which I raised up to reception, This made me very upset i could not see any channel or films but every things i like it .
