New facilities, everything was super clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and great restaurants, with choice of Western, local and Chinese food. The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area around 15 minutes away from Nusa Dua beach via the hotel’s shuttle. The hotel has a private space at the beach, with sundbeds and bar. The staff was super professional and friendly, which made my whole staying experience peace of mind.

Everything was above our expectation. Facilities and properties were huge and very beautiful. Everywhere including our room was so clean and specious. Extremely comfortable stay. Foods were also amazing and we ate a lot. Every details they care, so there was literally nothing to complain. We even keep appreciating everything they have done for us. It was our special occasion in our life, and we were so glad that we decided to stay here since they welcomed us with their best and we felt so much care and love from them. They even gave us some special gifts and memorable times. We will definitely come back to see all people and spend the amazing time again over there. Thank you so much for everything, everyone!!!

This is probably one of the best hotels we ever stayed. In the secluded and soothing lounge (books. magazines to read amongst Balinese artefacts) a dozen or so different luxury hotel awards certificates are displayed discreetly on the wall. Everything is as it looks on the photos - or better; sometimes pictures may hide minor wear-and-tear, but that is NOT the case here. All is spotless, fresh, feeling new. The view from the suite is spectacular, and the full-width windows are even build without mid-window frames to avoid interrupting the sweeping vista - a typical example of the level of attention to details you find everywhere here. The breakfast is exceptional with a la carte options (like seared Wagyu morning steak with shitake mushrooms red wine reduction) plus the "usual" 5* buffet. The beach is a very good balance between being "private" and isolated (no close neighboring hotel or other property) but still you can do a long walk along the shore crossing in front of other hotels a 100m or so further away. Finally all the staff is super kind and helpful and considerate. Nothing to fault here.

We loved the private villa, it was absolutely stunning, very clean, and luxurious. The service was fantastic, all the staff were very accommodating and sent whatever we needed to our room. We had a toddler with us, and they brought her strawberries and croissants every day at no extra charge. We felt very pampered. The restaurant was also wonderful - food and coffee was excellent. The set menu breakfast is $25 AUD and is HUGE - you must try it at least once!
