Chertel Poshtel is situated in Ban Chamun (2), 3.2 km from The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception and 18 km from Wat Chak Yai Buddhist Park. The hotel is very cozy and lovely. I guess there's only 3 rooms (2 rooms up stairs, 1 room down stairs). Hotel building are made from the wood and give very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is also very nice - there's many choices, unfortunately I am not having breakfast generally but my husband requested vegetarian breakfast - they made it specially for him. The owner couple is very lovely. Thank you very much for giving us the comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The bed very comfortable and the location relaxing with view on greenery, easily reachable but secluted place with a pond, very good reception and staff, felt welcome. Thank you!

The breakfast was excellent. We were given to try a sweet that was specially made for us. It was delicious. The service was really good. The coffee was brilliant. We tried the coffee from the slow bar. This something else, as the coffee was made with a special espresso machine. It was basically hand made. I ended up having three espressos each morning. Well worth the wait. Brilliant.

Nagtatampok ang Baan Rim Ao ng restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, at hardin sa Chanthaburi. Nag-aalok ang 4-star hotel na ito ng room service, luggage storage space, at libreng WiFi. I usually don't like to stay in hotels, even the best and most famous ones. But the experience at Baan Rim Ao was exceptional! We planned a trip to Chanthaburi for two days to see the local sights and visit the jewelry market and didn't book the hotel in advance. We looked at what was available on booking for a reasonable price with 4 stars. 

 The hotel is not in the town itself but in a picturesque area near farms on the bay. We checked in not in tourist season and there was another couple from China staying in the entire hotel besides us. How surprised we were when in the evening a group of musicians came to the restaurant (there was even a saxophonist) and arranged a whole concert for us alone. And when they brought us the menu, we couldn't believe that the oysters cost no more than 160 Bt. We decided to try it and it turned out to be the best oysters in our life - the freshest and tender. 

 The staff is a separate story. No one speaks enough English to communicate with the guest. This is not a chain hotel where the staff is trained to international standards. And that's a good thing. Because they do everything with heart and full dedication to their work. No even the highest standards can reproduce this family atmosphere.

 We liked everything very much, down to the smallest detail. And we have also never seen such a perfectly clean pool! The man who takes care of the pool is a god in his business.
 I think Baan Rim Ao Hotel is the crown jewel of Chanthaburi.

Makikita sa Chanthaburi, 1.6 km mula sa The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, nag-aalok ang Kasemsarn Hotel Chanthaburi ng accommodation na may restaurant, libreng private parking, at hardin. Great location, close to the river front and only a 10min walk from the bus terminal. There was no street noise. Large, bright room with comfortable beds, fridge, well-working AC and a small desk. Shower worked well, too. We enjoyed the balcony and the seating areas in the courtyard. Very friendly and honest staff! A big thank you to the young man that returned the phone charger that we forgot in the room! Very good value for money.
