The long entryway in the room is a great concept more hotel need to employ as it cuts you off from some of the hallway noise, and gives a nice little kitchen/desk space area. Very comfortable beds, great bathroom. The complimentary snacks/drinks in the room were a great surprise as Americans used to those sort of things costing extra in hotel rooms. Very responsive and helpful owners.

Good location near the waterfront. The manager Koa was courteous, considerate and helpful. Upon my request for a quiet room, he gave me an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment facing an inner courtyard and provided a late checkout upon learning my late departing flight. Everything in the apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I will stay there again when I am in Wellington again.

Having a full washer/dryer in the room was perfect since we had just reached the mid point of our journey and really needed to do laundry. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the included breakfast was a nice touch!
