The hotel is walking distance to the city markets, maritime walking area and many restaurants, supermarkets, fruits shops (Duren included) and small local shops. For sure I recommend you to book Signel Poshtel!!!

The property looked brand new, everything was spotless. We got upgraded so ended up with a massive room that had a mini walk in closet, and a huge lounge and sitting area. Such a shame that we were only at the Hyatt for 12 hours (just overnight to catch an early flight out the next day) but everything was wonderful. I would stay again in a heartbeat

I absolutely loved the place! It was the best accommodation during this trip in Malaysia and Thailand. Staff is super super helpful, it is very clean, even has a massage chair which I totally loved, you even get a socks for it in case you don’t have one. Just Fantastic!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Came to KK for Borneo Marathon 2024 and stayed at this hotel and one of my best decisions this year! Close to night market on Friday and Saturday (2-3 metres away) and morning market (2-3 metres away) at Gaya Street. Surrounded with hundreds of cafes / restaurants and easily can find convenience store. There is a Bataras supermarket at the back within walking distance and close to the quay area for a good spot of sunset / sunrise! Facilities are great and netflix working very well!

We were treated so well here from the moment the hotel's driver met us at the airport to the time we checked out. We were upgraded at check-in and gifted a tropical fruit plate as a welcome gift. The dinner buffet was exceptional in choice and quality. We only stayed one night, but what a wonderful introduction to Indonesian Borneo - we felt like minor rock stars.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Borneo, before heading off for a 3 day jungle stay, and it did the job well. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel storage while we were away which was super convenient.

The rooms in the Borneo wing are more modern but smaller than the rooms in the main hotel where the rooms are larger but a little dated. The Borneo wing rooms also look out onto a lovely herb garden.
