The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist spots, in a quiet street. The bedroom was big and nicely decorated, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

Set in the heart of Fès in a former Arab-Moorish palace, Palais Faraj Suites & Spa offers a view of the medina. The standout were the staff and at every level they were friendly and most accommodating. The concierge Brahim was a delight and kindly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was spotless and grand, food excellent. The location is 5 mins by taxi to souk. Locals pay 20 dirham and tourists double. Quiet and spacious. excellent!

Located in Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes, Fes Heritage Boutique luxury Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.
