Located in Frigate Bay, 400 metres from Marriott Royal Beach, Royal St. Kitts Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. We have been there five times to visit our daughter studying in UMHS. She also lives there. The rooms are very comfortable and we usually take the two bedroom suite so our daughter can stay with us during our one week stay. The Front Desk staff is very friendly and professional. I am sorry I don’t remember her name but the Front Desk girl with the short brown redish hair has always excelled in her friendly and professional ways. There are two Housekeeping ladies who also have been excellent. One is a lady who almost always wears pants and the other is Sharon, she’s so sweet.

Set on the beachfront in Frigate Bay, Marriott's St. Kitts Beach Club offers stylish villas with balconies, spa tubs and garden or ocean views. The complex includes 3 swimming pools and a spa. The staff are very friendly. Our villa was on the ocean and had a great view. The villa had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is great with all the restaurants, the Strip and grocery store all within walking distance.

Located on Frigate Bay, Sugar Bay Club features an outdoor swimming pool. It offers free WiFi and free private parking. Club Sugar Bay features air-conditioned rooms with garden, pool or ocean view. My parents absolutely loved this hotel I recommend it after I tock my two children there a few years ago Absolutely beautiful and we cannot wait to get back

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Cozzy Apartment on the Caribbean side-Frigate Bay is located in Frigate Bay. Michael was very accommodating and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I recommend this location if you are ever in St. Kitts. Best value for money you can find.

Hillsboro Suites & Residences Condo Hotel, St Kitts is situated in Basseterre and features a pool with a view and sea views. Basically a family business with very surnamed owners. They arranged for us everything we could think of, including renting a car (the car rental representative came directly to the hotel). Beautiful view, clean, new equipment, quiet in the evening and at night.

Beacon Rise Apartment is set in Basseterre. This apartment offers free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The location was exactly what I needed, the apartment was exceptional, very clean and the host was super friendly and helpful, she literally took time from her busy schedule to show me around town plus took me to the supermarket giving that I didn't rent a car, I'll be booking my next stay there.

Clean and modern furnishings. Hosts were absolutely lovely and willing to help in any way possible. Will reccommend 100%!

Offering a restaurant, Seaview Inn is located 1.1 km from Basseterre’s Independence Square and .5 minutes’ drive from Frigate Bay. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Loved this cute little inn and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Made us feel at home 😁
