Very comfortable room with all necessities including tea. Interesting old building with nice pub on the ground floor. We loved our stay and will come back.

The Priory is nestled within the historic town of Caerleon on the River Usk. Dating back to 1180, this hotel was originally a Cistercian monastery. The staff, especially Grace in the little shop were great. Grace gladly answered all of our questions with a smile. The household staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our requests. Collin, the barman, was quite friendly and well versed in his craft. The gardens were impeccable kept. Walking paths to Roaman ruins, the museum and a lovely parklike walk close by. In short, we loved everything about the property.
