Situated in Tarcoles, 400 metres from Tarcoles Beach, Akua Suites Ocean View features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The view is amazing. The private pool is so nice and the nature just outside the terrace is beautiful. The room for 3 persons was spacious enough and the little kitchen with the refrigerator was very helpful.

We really like the site, very quiet, the resort is really well designed. We have a beautiful view, we love the little pool. We saw macaws, monkeys. Breakfast was good. Very good restaurants (italian pizza, all our meals exceed our expectations).

Exceeded expectations! The stand alone suite/cabins are brand new, beautifully designed, very spacious. Grounds are nice, amazing views to the ocean, lots of birds, a lookout tower, pool, restaurant for an excellent optional breakfast. Really reasonable prices. For dinner the Cerro Lodge is very close. Birds right outside my door.

The views are amazing, we didn't need to go to the beach because the views and the pool (that also has an amazing view) were enough. (I recommend cooking there, as going out to eat may be a little tedious.) We had a great time!

The staff produce good and substantial meals and are always ready with any help required. 5 star hotel in a 5 star resort it is not but if you enjoy Costa Rican birds and wildlife together with a trip to the Pacific cost then don’t bypass Tarcoles and The House of Macaws
