There is a great view from the room. I like the balcony of the room very much. The breakfast provided in the morning is also very good.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. Very clean, comfortable and nice property. My room was a small one, but very comfortable and cozy. You gonna find e everything you need there. New furnitures and good bed. The breakfast was very delicious!!! Very good options, from breads to yogurts. Juices and fruits. I would definitely return.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. This hotel is amazing. From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say. We arrived at the train station and just had to call the hotel to bring us via private transport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe family room which was great. I cannot fault this stay at all would highly recommend.

For the money paid, it was much better than expected - clean, comfortable, well laid out, nice looking, The staff were great, very personable, fun, and helpful. Filippos (sorry not sure on spelling) was fantastic. We also all loved the breakfast, so many selections and enjoyed everything we ate and again the staff was very attentive and helpful. I’m rarely wowed by a hotel, but we all were with the Ambassador.

We loved our stay here! The swiss cabins are beautiful and the use of the spa and hot tub are really nice. Lots of hiking nearby and a great view. The swiss cabins have very odd check-in hours. You can not check in until 5 pm ad checkout is at 1pm. It was really nice on the second day and the staff let us use the facilities while we were waiting for check-in. But I just thought it was worth writing. The place is really beautiful and the cabin was super comfy for 6 people. Just bring your own cutting board and knives because those were missing. Overall really recommended. Also the wifi was good and they allow dogs!

We loved the breath taking mountain views from every window, the sunny après-ski outside terrace and meals in the restaurant. The spa treatments were also very relaxing. Spectacular area, lovely slopes and snow shoe tracks...a wonderful stay all round. We will be back.
