Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is right in the town centre. Very convenient to get to anywhere. The room is clean, cozy and spacious. I liked in this trip everything- Stunning view from our room, great front desk staff, clean and new suit, complimentary coffee. I asked to leave small surprise for my husband cause it was his birthday. They left cute card, where were lot of hotel staff’s names and beautiful bottle of maple syrup. It was amazing. Thanks to this hotel for our great experience in Banff.
