Excellent location, the apartment is comfortable, on the 7th floor there is a large terrace with a wonderful view of Athens and the Acropolis, especially in the evening. Due to our early arrival, the owner allowed us to leave our luggage safely in their office on the 6th floor. There are free parking spaces in front of the building, the locals warned us that vehicles are often broken into. We had no problems.

The room can be good both for a short stay or for a longer one definitely if you are digital nomad. There is a great lobby which is designed as a very beautiful working space. The place is definitely my favorite so far in Koukaki.
