I did not stay for breakfast. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I'll admit I was a little thrown back by location...looked sketchy in the dark, but once I saw other customers coming in I felt better and kept my reservation.

Amazing charm and character for a historic motel. Updated and modern but you truly feel a part of the Wild West! Second time staying here and will likely be back! Also the shower was unreal!

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice change from the typical motel with the decor inside and out. The vibe at the hotel was fun and festive. Also I always appreciate wood floors over carpet. The Big Texan Steak House next door was great!

No contact with staff. Door code given by email for entry. It's a two story motel and we conveniently had a first level room. We traveled with pets and appreciated the no "up" charge for that. Also having the restaurant on premises was very convenient.

Nice accomodation for the price. Good value. Spacious room. Friendly front desk. I'd stay in motels more often if they were all $50.

Was one of the best theme motels ever. It really is Big Tex. Everthing you want in a room. Clean, neat, Could go on. Best thing was motif. You just don't find this kind of fun in chain motels. Top recommendation--I don't normally write reviews much less top rate. Aside: Big Tex restaurant is right across the parking lot. It is a good place to eat. Good food, nice service. Decent prices.

This was a destination for us....due to the Restaurant-Big Texan ,next to the Hotel.....Interior door to our room was painted white, and the guests were invited to sign it... Behind the motel was place where guests could stable their horses, etc.
