Modern, very cozy apartment with fireplace and balcony in a quiet location in the small, dreamy town of Kenz, just 5 km from Barth. Your spacious upstairs apartment is located in a quiet residential street and was only completed in 2008. A table tennis table can also be provided on request. The Barther Land forms the "driveway" to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsular chain and is idyllically located in the hinterland of the Baltic Sea. Characteristic is the large network of bicycle paths and hiking trails. Beach is 6 kilometers away. Details: 1 bottle of sparkling wine on arrival as a welcome, WiFi Activities nearby: The stop Usedomer Bäderbahn between Barth and Ahlbeck is in the immediate vicinity. Spend a day with your family at the OZEANEUM in Stralsund. More than 7,000 marine animals can be observed in 40 different aquariums, traveling from the Stralsund harbor basin across the North Sea to the Arctic Ocean. You will gain insight into different marine habitats, from the lagoon to the open Atlantic Ocean Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
