The Stadtvilla seems newly renovated, the room was very nice, clean and spatious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, the kitchenette, the textiles, all have quality details. The location in central Altstadt is perfect, the hosts are kind and helpful, and there is free parking. We stayed in room no 8 which also has a beautiful balcony overlooking Nicolaikirche and the rooftops. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Rostock in the future.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this accommodation, and we can't express enough gratitude to the host. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The property itself is stunning, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail, from the comfortable bedding to the huge living area, was thoughtfully considered to ensure a delightful experience. The host went above and beyond to make our short stay memorable. He provided excellent local recommendations, was always available for any questions, and even left a lovely handmade cake, chocolates, and fruits, etc. that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, offering both tranquillity and easy access to nearby attractions. The ambience, hospitality, and attention to detail truly set this place apart. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

I chose to stay here as it is located somewhere between the city and the train station. It is located within residential area and hence very quiet. The owner is a very friendly guy. I stayed on level 2 - The room felt like bedroom at home - spacious and clean; And so was the bathroom - with a huge jacuzzi sized bathtub and separate shower! There. was only one other guy staying there when i was there - so it was very very quiet.

Had a great time, such a kind and accommodating host, my engine died on the way there and he went out of his way to make sure I get the keys, also had a secure roofed parking spot for my vintage moped. Perfect stay! Everything was super clean and cozy.
