Situated in Budva and with Aqua Park Budva reachable within 10 km, Carevic Resort & Villas features express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a private beach area, free WiFi and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard.

The villa is impeccable and looks exactly as in the photos. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a huge plus. The villas are located on a farm, so we could watch deer and roosters from our terrace. Our host Andrijana maintained a perfect balance between respecting one's privacy and making sure every guest had all they needed--and more. She helped us with airport transfers, beach access, car rentals, underfloor heating in the villa, etc. The breakfasts were delicious, copious and varied (seven or eight options on the menu, enough for a seven-night stay). The portions are so large that we ended up ordering one dish for the two of us. Highly recommend the Carević restaurant for lunches and dinners as well. Make sure to try their scrumptious cheesecake! Thanks so much to the Carević team for being so genuinely hospitable and for clearly loving what you do! If we ever go to Montenegro again, this place is going to be our number one option.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, well-kept garden, very nice owners. Fantastic stay. As a note, the villa is located on a quite busy street, which may be slightly disturbing at night. It is worth mentioning this in the description of the place. Too few deckchairs (3) for a larger number of people renting. Despite minor comments, I still give it the highest rating

The spacious holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

The house is great, very clean and well maintained. It even has everything you may need, and even a fireplace (we did not try it though). Additional huge plus is a free parking space for 2 cars. The location is 2nd to none: 3 min walk from Old Budva Town, a supermarket just around the corner. And, of couse, the owner Andrija is one of the nicest and welcoming persons we have met in Montenegro so far. Very respectful, friendley, educated gentleman. We hugely recommend this property and give it 5+++ stars rating. Hvala, Andrija!!! See you again one day!

This is an amazing place, plenty of space for everyone, bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the view is to to die for. The pool was fantastic spent time in it everyday. Location is quite remote but there is a bus stop at the end of the drive where you can either go to Budva or Podgorica stopping off along the way. Branko was a taxi driver in Petrovac we used him on several occasions he was very reliable and reasonably priced. Gina the host was kind and very helpful, we loved our stay here

    The apartment is linked to a hotel, and you can use the facilities there for a reduced cost. The breakfast at the hotel was really good. The apartment is in a great location, a 2 minute walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for a holiday. The apartment was serviced every day! The shower was really good. The hosts are on site every day if you needed anything. There is parking on site for an additional fee.

    Very nice and friendly hostess. Offered slivovitz, coffee, water on arrival. Everything new, very clean, spacious. Private pool. Nice view over the bay. Beach, shop, restaurant nearby. 30minutes on bike to old town.

    The property looks modern, comfortable and very clean. The stuff is always there and willing to help. Balcony view is stunning. The private pool is clean and amazing. I recommend it.
