Stefania was a great host, met us very late at night, like 12:30am, kept in touch with What's App and she was there in the mornings cleaning so we could chat with her if needed. Very clean room, bigger than most, cute/tiny kitchen area, wonderful big bathroom and rain shower, extra little couch so we could put our suitcases and stuff on that, little balcony off kitchen area, quiet at night and beds comfy, excellent location right in the Centro Storico/Old Town area and short walk to Salerno Centrale train station and short walk to waterfront to catch ferries to Amalfi Coast towns and Capri. Plus close to pedestrian shopping street with lots of stores. Salerno was great, felt safe, easy to walk everywhere and old town was SUPER cool and quaint with TONS of restaurants and shops. Everything open late, had great pizza at 1am on our first late arrival. Edahouse has a lot of stairs but there is a VERY small and slow elevator/lift, barely fit our small luggage but it worked but you catch it on the 2nd floor so you will have to do some stairs, we always did just the stairs and didn't mind but it was up on the 4th floor. Good A/C...Very clean but in that climate there are cockroaches and we found when you turned off A/C when you leave for the day they tend to come out, with A/C on we didn't see them. Only two rooms at Edahouse so a very small place but right in the action once you step outside. Choice of two little cafes for breakfast, you'll get a coupon and can get coffee or tea and a pastry. We went to each place and they were both good and very close to Edahouse. I would stay again easily. So many B&B's to choose from there but this was clean, great location and shower and bed plus wonderful host too!

Very clean and nice room, well decorated, good breakfast in the kitchen of the apartment which is 15 minutes to the old centre of Salerno.

The photos of the sea view from this apartment will never do it justice...the view is siply incredible and you feel like hugging the sea and the beatiful mountains. The flat is in central location with so many restaurants, bars , supermarkets next to it...it is in the main shopping and entertainment street, 10 minutes walking from the central train station and the ferry station...very easy to go to amalfi by dita bus from this flat...the sita bus station is 4 minutes far away..the beds were comfortable, toilets clean and the kitchen well equipped...Alissandro was also very helpful and allowed us to check out late...it is a family friendly apartment which i highly recommend.

Brakfast in a nearby pastry shop was excellent, we always took one juice from squised oranges, one cappuccino and one pastry.

Our stay was very pleasant, room was sparkling clean, stylish and with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with homemade cakes and amazing coffee. Angela as a host was very kind and helpful she recommended some great close by restaurants. Place is located near all the main parts of the downtown and everything you need is reachable by walk. Best place we had during our whole honeymoon Italy trip!

Luftig - mediterran... der Blick auf die Marina und den Kreuzfahrt-Hafen ist einfach nur schön. Völlig unkomplizierter Empfang; wirklich gut ausgestattete Kitchenette. Das Gebäude, in dem sich das Appartment befindet, ist höchst interessant, mit einem doppelten Treppenhaus und vielen Zwischengeschossen - typisch Süditalien ... ein Blick hinter die Kulissen. Salerno ist generell eine sehr hübsche, entspannte und vergleichsweise sichere Stadt mit freundlichen Menschen (ich spreche allerdings italienisch). In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es, da Hafen, wirklich gute Fisch-Restaurants. Zum Stadt -Strand bin ich knapp 10 Minuten gelaufen ... in den italienischen Sommerferien tagsüber natürlich laut und überfüllt - ich war abends nur zum Schwimmen da ... und das war herrlich!

Mimmo is an amazing host and gave us many tips what to visit in the area. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious in the historical centre of Salerno a few minutes from the beach. We will definitely return 😊
