My husband and stayed at Leadwood camp , which was spotless. We loved that you can walk around the area, sit out by the fire , swim in the beautiful pool or just sit out front on the comfortable chairs . We just needed one more night , two was def not enough . Would we stay here again would we recommend - yes and yes!! If you want natural beauty , peace and quiet and yo walk away relaxed then this is your spot 😃

All units include a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area. I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.

Built on an elevated riverbank, these luxury, canvas tent suites are set on stilted wooden decks. Each suite has wooden floors, leather and dark wood finishes and includes a minibar, a Nespresso coffee machine and lock-up safe. The suites are equipped with air conditioning and electric blankets. Location was in the reserve right in the middle of all the action. The food was amazing - all meals custom made for our liking.
