This is truly a paradise, I love to stay more but have to return my country. Julia is really friendly and nice lady, I like the way she operates this place. The bathroom is clean, the staff clean the beach every day. Although I come from Vietnam, the Spanish food is delicious for me. If you have small luggage this is fun to take a short trekking through jungle.

We stayed in the quiet season for 2nights and had the whole place to ourselves the first night! The food is decent at the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they booked our taxi to go get the boat on our check out day too. We walked along the road to a local traditional village and it was really interesting. At night you can swim in bioluminescent plankton, highlight of our entire trip, it was magical.

You definitely experience the isolated island vibes. Clean, comfy and very relaxing place. The food was a little average in the restaurant but I think they’re trying to accomodate western tastebuds, couple of better options up the beach. Take plenty of cash, it’s more expensive than you think (I assume bc they receive stock by boat?)
