The decor of the restaurant, hotel room with Sita player in the hotel lobby are just beyond all expectations. The staffs who served us are polite and detailed. They put "welcome" in my native language and it was such a heartwarming surprise! The staff also left some small gifts that I will treasure for a long time! I have to mention the puppeteer, Lucky, in the hotel. He was performing along with his cousin with great singing and music, and the most interesting puppet shows I've ever seen. Lucky is a passionate, humorous and talented artist and young man who had brought us a memorable night on September 29. At the resort all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, towels and a balcony with a garden view. The units at Sandcastle Resort come with a seating area. We visited Sandcastle Resort while touring India on our motorcycles and were extremely pleased by the quality of our accommodation. The resort is close to the attractions in Jaisalmer but also far enough away to provide peace, quiet and tranquility. The finish and decor in our room was brilliant, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was clean, and our host was kind and helpful. Many thanks for a relaxing stay!

I would give this place 11/10 if I could. This is the one place we stayed in India where we felt like truly special guests, and all the staff went out of their way to treat us well and help us in any way they could. The facilities are all very clean, the rooms are spacious and superbly equipped, and the garden is tranquil - and in a few more years, when the new trees are grown, it'll look like a little paradise I'm sure. The entire hotel complex is not very large, and was extremely quiet when we were there. The restaurant food is delicious and the location is good for escaping the busy towns or reaching Sariska (Thaler gate!!), though entrance road is a little rough. Transport by rickshaw was arranged for us from Rajgarh train station, and then to Alwar when we left. And special thanks to Rahul, who was more than happy to help us in any way he possibly could, and was available 24/7 - no matter what - to help us out.

Located 200 metres from Jaisalmer Fort, Nomadic Backpackers Hostel offers 3-star accommodation in Jaisalmer and features a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Located around 8.5 km from Bara Baag, the hostel is also 48 km away from Desert National Park. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Had a perfect experience at this hostel. The place was really beautiful and clean, and located in the very coner of the fort, providing an amazing panorama. The room was very clean as well, spacious, and very well taken care of. We ate several times at the hotel restaurant where food was really good. The staff was really extremely nice to us, very polite, and they made sure we spent a lovely stay at the hotel we had great experience in desert we did 2 night Safari . Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Sonal Desert Camp very, very much. Its a newly built place and everything is very clean and fresh. Especially loved the beds. Sittning outside watching the stars in the evening was really magic, it was our first trip to the desert so we didn't know what to expect, but were amazed to see how well organised everything was. Both Mr Hakam and mr Abhai are very kind and caring persons. We would love to return to this place in the future, hopefully with our kids. Such an adventure to ride the camels over the soft dunes 🐫😊
