We visited in winter and were the only guests here, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet next to the reservoir. The owner was so kind and made us food when we arrived after a long hike. The room was beautiful and the bed very warm and comfortable. We loved the dogs and cats to play with outside!

The location and view were exceptional! We were travelling during Winter time and were worried about the temperature at night, however the tents had heating. And the breakfast was lovely - they made fresh Pho & sandwiches for us 😊

Very good price and we likes is a bit far from center as is quite at night and can rest well. We rented scooters for good price, around 150-200/day. Also laundry was done super fast, amazing.

Phong (the owner of the homestay) was so accommodating and it made all of us really comfortable and safe during our stay. One of the nights, we had a campfire cookout right outside our cabin with Phong and it was one of the most memorable memory I’ve had so far in Sapa. Phong also provided the motorbikes for us to use which made things easier for us to accommodate around

The rooftop terrance was great where you could sit in the dome and enjoy a drink or two and enjoy the mountainous view although it was very foggy when we were there.
