Absolutely amazing. It's located within it's own tea plantation, inside the Zhangjiajie national park. Robin really helped us with planning our trip, tickets, bringing you to the sunset - sunrise spots, guiding you to the resort, etc. They have an extremely cute dog roaming around.

I loved every minute of my stay!! The staff was amazing they gave me all the indications for the least crowded spots and helped me to get the tickets, you can see ALONE an amazing sunset and sunrise nearby because the hotel is inside the park! The food was great, specially the Kung Pao chicken. One of the best meals I had in China. I also met great people there!! Thank you!!

The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the park entrance and in a very cozy and lively neighborhood. Rebecca, the owner, is the loveliest person, always willing to help with a smile. She even offered to arrange our visit to the park (including the taxi) for multiple days, making our stay much easier. Furthermore, the meals provided by the hotel were always home-made and delicious! The facility is always pristine, with an eye for detail, and the beds are EXTREMELY comfy :)AnnaGroup

The lady owner was very helpful to guide us through the planning for the national park visitation. She also helped us to purchase the 4 days shuttle bus and entrance ticket. Since the hotel location was far from the gate entrance to the park. She helped to shuttle us to the bus station so that we could get the bus to the gate entrance.

She gave us rides to the bus stops and the main Natural Forest Park entrance. The guide she gave us at check-in was invaluable for us as it not only had routes to follow, but also names in Chinese, which was extremely useful. The beds were sooo soft and comfy! And breakfast was delicious!

She gave us a free map and explained how to get around the sights and made our trip much easier. Plus the location was perfect – close to everything and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
