The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. We ended up getting a free upgrade to a bigger room. The cleanliness was right on spot and the breakfast really delicious and diverse. I’d love to stay here again.

Me and my husband had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and everything was super clean. Breakfast was even super delicious. Special thanks to Mia for always being available. Her tips and tricks allowed us to explore Hanoi in the best possible way. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we vist Hanoi

Cu o locație excelentă în Hanoi, La Renta Hotel & Spa are cazare de 3 stele aproape de Teatrul de păpuși Thang Long Water și de Lacul Hoan Kiem. Fantastic location. Super comfy room Staff is amazingly friendly and will do everything in their power to ensure that your staying goes as smoothly as possible . They even arrange for a man to come to the hotel to bring us a one month Vietnamese SIM card . It’s in the centre of the old quarter so there might be a bit of noise from time to time if you are in the front of the hotel but nothing which would alter our strong positive view of this hotel . We really recommend this hotel !🥰🥰

The staffs are the best. The receptionist staffs are sweet and attentive. They made the stay such a pleasant experience. The hotel offer free amenities, such as free shower for guests who already checked out, free umbrella and etc. Breakfast is great with so much options. Location is excellent and close to everything. Overall, highly recommended.

Meritel Hanoi se află în Hanoi și include o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness, o terasă și un bar. Excellent service. Very friendly. Very hospitable. When the shared van I ordered via the hotel was 1 hour late they gave me a free breakfast buffet. They gave me various other things, for example a drink at the rooftop bar, for free. The food in the restaurant is very good (though a bit too expensive), the presentation is excellent. The rooftop pool on top is pretty but small. The view from up there is nice, but there are certainly better views out there. The location is really convenient.
