The rooms were so cleanand comfortable. The shower were great awlays very hot water. There was water and snacks in our room (at a small cost but convenient to have available). Above all the reception staff were so so helpful. In particular Perry was amazing. She was so welcoming, kind and helpful. She even helped us plan and book transport to Cat Ba Island on the day we checked out. Would highly recommend this property

He communicated with me for so long before and inspired me in all respects and when I arrived at the hotel I discovered him as an excellent one. I basically, as a world traveler, will invite the tourists to stay at this hotel with free mind where a special care is taken for every guests and he, Mr. Jakson takes care in particular. Other staff are very friendly also. Room conditions & location are also excellent. I hope the upcoming development for this hotel and I must come this hotel if I come here in Hanoi again.
