Nassau Suite Hotel is located on bustling Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Breakfast served in the Cafe (Blue Lavender, belonging to the hotel) is excellent. Recommend to book it together with the room, standalone its quite expensive. Kitchen corner in the room is really good.

It definitely lived up to the expectations; the décor was very lively, and common areas like the library or the swimming pool were spacious enough and comfortable to stay for a while. We had our reservations at first about the double bedroom because it looked kind of small in the photos, but it was bigger than expected, and the distribution was perfect. It also had a wonderful view and was very quiet at night. As to the location, I must say that it could not have been better, just a couple of blocks away from the beach and Ocean Drive, you can find a great variety of restaurants and bars for every mood and budget just within walking distance. But the best part of our stay was the attention provided by the staff, who were always available and willing to find the best solution. We are particularly grateful for the help provided by Daiana, Franco, and Aurelio, who more than once went out of their way to provide a service that was in a class all by itself. Without them, our experience wouldn’t have been the same, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and thrown right into the mood of having a good time.

The staff at the font desk were particularly helpful, particularly Bridget. We were stranded at a restaurant unable to get a taxi in time to take us to a cruise ship terminal. She organized a taxi and arranged for the taxi to bring our luggage from the hotel to the restaurant. We were among the last passengers to board the ship and thanks to Bridget we did not miss the departure.

It is not only the property facilities that is good the staff were fantastic. They have taken care of each request. They even managed to store our Amazon packages without any misses. The valet was great too. It is an ideal family hotel in the heart of Miami Beach. Good safe neighborhood, close to shops like CVS and Wholefoods.
