Murat, Berkon and Ali are very good people, they were very helpful to us and treated us like best friends. They help us with all information we asked, they even gave us a metro card to use, when we checked out they call a taxi for us and help us with our luggage. During the stay they offer us tea and coffee. We never been treated like that in any other hotels. Thank you guys!

The location is perfectly near the Metro (3 minutes walk). The staff is nice and very helpful. They walked me up and down the street to show me around when I asked them. Smiles everywhere you go within the property. I have to mention Ehisbey, Emre-Akin, Cemile and Nese from the staff fir their endless help and recommendations for place to go, directions and service. The twin room is very spacious equipped with a TV, kettle, big closet, a safe and the bathroom is also nice and whole place is just amazing. 100% would recommend, 100% I’ll be back here if I ever visit Istanbul again.
