We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made calls for me because I didn't have a phone plan. Also, the hotel is very clean and the rooms were air-conditioned. The restaurant at the hotel was also great. Food was great and the staff there were so very friendly.

Very spacious and clean room with nice view of the city, the shower was hot, the breakfast was amazing and had many different food options. They also stored our luggage when we went to San Blas for two nights.

Everything was perfect. They were so nice all the time. They were so thoughtful by letting me check in before check-in time. Those are important details when you just arrive from a long trip.
