Front desk and conceirge were incredible with their assistance during the Auckland flood. They were able to find accomodation for us and then transportation to the airport during a time of distress.

Located at the Viaduct Basin Entertainment Area, surrounded by restaurants and bars, this hotel boasts beautiful views of Viaduct Harbour Basin. We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbor. The location right on the water in Viaduct Harbor was perfect. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the room and spa. The breakfast buffet food selection was extensive and everything was wonderful. Finally, all staff were very helpful and friendly.

InterContinental Auckland, an IHG Hotel, que tiene terraza, restaurante y bar, está en el centro de Auckland, a 4 min a pie de Puerto Viaduct Harbour. location was perfect. Everything was so clean and well presented. We loved the bathroom and the staff were exceptional.
