We had a huge soaker tub and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite large. The folks at reception were very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly.

Set in Auckland in the heart of the Viaduct Harbour, QT Auckland offers accommodation with a restaurant, valet parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Morgenmaden var god, men jeg synes det var utilfredstillende at man kun kunne få 1 kop kaffe og skulle betale for opfyldning, såvel som man skulle betale for juice. Det er ikke hvad man forventer af en morgenmad på et hotel af den standard.

Located at the Viaduct Basin Entertainment Area, surrounded by restaurants and bars, this hotel boasts beautiful views of Viaduct Harbour Basin. We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbor. The location right on the water in Viaduct Harbor was perfect. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the room and spa. The breakfast buffet food selection was extensive and everything was wonderful. Finally, all staff were very helpful and friendly.
