Staff and its service created extra cosines during the stay. It felt like meeting old friends! All in all, I would definitely choose this hotel for staying again in Amsterdam, since it provides the great value for money!

The Craftsman was wonderful - fantastic location right on the Singel, perfect for people-watching from their lounge. The rooms were awesome - charming and individually decorated with wonderful details. But the best part was the staff - so helpful and friendly. They truly went out of their way to give us a warm welcome and a good overall experience.
