The friendliness and cooperation of staff especially Zoe - I am not sure if I got the name right. The rooms were clean and tidy and any complaints were immediately addressed with corrective action and an open offer to change the room if I wanted. The location is excellent _ near a train station, also quickly accessible by taxis. There are shops, multiple restaurants, laundry and a barber nearby.
