Situated in Seoul, within 4.3 km of The National Museum of Korea and 4.3 km of Myeongdong Station, Nouvelle Hotel Seoul Itaewon offers free WiFi throughout the property. From the minute the cab pulled up I felt like I’d gone back in time. Oh, it’s completely modern, with individual ac and good showers alright. But it seems like something out of a movie, an eccentric independent comedy when life was good and there was a kind of innocent charm despite the cool modernist vibe. The two desk managers spoke fluent English and were both effective and charming in dealing with my several offbeat issues. The place was full of couples who seemed to be there for a day or two (Not hours!) to have a fun few days, most of them Asian and the odd Westerner who seemed much less fun than the former. I felt right at home with the large Turkish population (great food) and occasional girl gang, right at home with working class surroundings, and Itaewon is full of local service workers. There’s smoking and drinking on a few corners, lots of lovely pig restaurants, pet dogs from Pomeranians to Great Pyrenees, I even saw a laid back Border Collie. I like busses over subways and lots were nearby. Fast food joints, tourist junk shops, Trans bars and a tailor and coffee houses. KFC, McDonald’s, Subway. A convenience store on every corner. There’s even a grocer a few blocks away where you will see… fruit!

Just in front of Itaewon Subway Station (Line 6), Hamilton Hotel offers modern rooms with free internet in Seoul's Itaewon District. It has a rooftop pool which only runs for summer and a large sauna.... A really nice hotel, the room was clean spacious and very confortable. A good location. My room window was in the direction where all the clubs are so during the weekend it is loud until late but I already knew about it the hotel specified it. The check out is quite late at 12h so you can rest and take your time.

The location is really good, close to the subway, bars, proximity store, lots of local and international food nearby. There is a few steps to access the hotel but everywhere is the same in Itaewon.

Situated in Seoul and with The National Museum of Korea reachable within 4 km, H HOSTEL Itaewon features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. The room was brand new and super clean. The shower was also super clean and comfy. Great rooftop area and excellent common area with huge 75 inch TV with Netflix. The room also had a large TV with Netflix.

G Guesthouse Itaewon is only a 1-minute walk from Itaewon Subway Station (Line 6) and a 15-minute drive from Seoul Station. Location was excellent easily get anywhere in Seoul. Can come and go as you please. Free breakfast also a plus

Situated in Seoul, 3.7 km from The National Museum of Korea, Good Stay Itaewon features accommodation with a shared lounge, free WiFi and a shared kitchen. The owner was very nice and helpful. It's placed in a great location. Up the hill is a party street and down the hill you have a big nice convenience store and a 7/11 down the way with an ATM for currency.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, Stay Midcentury is located in Seoul. The location was great! The host was welcoming and the accommodation was very small and beautiful.
