All the staff were really welcoming and helpful, often going above and beyond. The hotel was spacious with excellent facilities, a wide variety of food options and a lovely pool area. Also direct access to the beach.

Situated 5.1 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport and overlooking the Arabian Sea Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is a beach front property. Courteous staff at reception - Akshata & Manish allowed early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Room was also upgraded which was amazing. Check in process was quick an efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amazing hospitality- all staff were ever so helpful. This was my first stay at Novotel and I was so impressed that I will surely return again.

The front door ppl greet you with a smile,front Desk will help with all yours needs. The Bulter service is always there when needed. Breakfast is really great fresh made foods, Best Dosa on the Beach. I like the property the ppl who make the stay are lovely and so nice! Go out and go for a walk left right or straight up the road you have 3 different vibes on the streets!

Just 200 metres from famous Juhu Beach, Hotel Bawa Continental overlooks scenic waters of the Arabian Sea. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and in-room massage services. I had to attend a conference in Mumbai from June 2-5, so I and my parents planned a mini vacay. I booked a double executive room with extra bed for the 3 of us. We reached the hotel on June 1st at 9pm. Everything including the extra bed @1000Rs + GST was ready. The room was very clean and basic utilities were provided. We ordered room service and food was excellent.The staff were very cordial and prompt. Due to a medical emergency, We had to cut short out trip and proceed to Chennai.The hotel staff were understanding, cancelled rest of the stay and refunded our money. The location is excellent.Surrounding and in-house ambience was peaceful.My parents had breakfast at the in-house restaurant - buffet good spread. We checked out at 12 30 noon and since our flight was in the evening we kept our luggage in the cloak room and spend some time at Juhu beach which is at walkable distance from the hotel. There is a starbucks adjacent to the hotel and quite a few good eateries around. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the hospitality we received.200% value for money in terms of location, price, service, timing and food. P. S. I had read a couple of reviews here mentioning their charging 150 Rs for drinking glasses and was bit skeptical and had even considered cancelling the booking at a time. However, for a room that permits max 4 guests at a time, please note that 4 glasses are already provided and the charges are for extra glasses which I feel is reasonable.So please dont be misguided like me.
